"The Wind That Shakes The Barley" Framed
Barley and wheat are the two ancient grains mentioned in the bible. These grains have been part of the world's food for thousands of years, and are considered sacred. They have had a pivotal place in my art for awhile.
This piece is a tryptich. It is 3 collagraphs, mounted on stained cradle boards. The three panels, used together, give the feeling of the breeze moving them, thus the name.
